The house is located within a campsite next to the Albox Tennis Club, just 1 km from Albox.
The campsite is very quiet. It is only 1 kilometer from the town of Albox. Within the campsite, you can swim in a wonderful pool during the summer months and enjoy over 1,000 m2 of green areas. In addition, adjacent to the campsite, you can enjoy all kinds of sports facilities, including 4 tennis courts, 3 paddle tennis courts, a barbecue area, a sauna, and a gym. Next to the campsite is a spectacular and pleasant bar-restaurant with beautiful terraces, wonderful views, and a charming setting.
The house is available for rent by the day, week, month, and long term (up to 12 months).
The price for long-term rental (minimum two months) is €450, plus electricity and water.
The rental price for July and August, being peak season, is higher (please inquire about prices for those months).
The rental price for stays of one month or more does not include water or electricity. Wi-Fi is included. Fiber optic internet can also be installed in the house (€20).

To rent this house for more than one month, a €450 security deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
One pet is allowed. In this case, the guest must provide their own bedding and towels, as the campsite does not provide them, and the rental price increases to €500/month.
