GOVERMENT DEVELOPMENT GRANT FOR RENTING
|

|
Financial grants to the tenant of the available properties which will be destined to be rented.
1. REQUIREMENTS.
a) To be under 35 years old.
b) In case of being older than 35 years old the petitioner must fulfil some of theses conditions:
• To be victim of domestic violence or terrorism.
• Large family and formed by the father or the mother and with children.
• People with recognized disability, unless of 40% degree of handicap and limited mobility.
• People older than 65 years old and people which is included in groups with preferential protection.
• Incomes of the people who are going to occupy the property, have to be 2,5 times inferior to 16.768,50 €.
c) Houses.
• Rental contract intermediated by an AFA.
2. AMOUNT.
•
The annual maximun amount will not be superior to 40% of the annual incomes, with a absolute maxium of 2.880 €.
3. CONDITIONS OF THE SUBVENTIONS.
• Can be requested once the has been paid for three months.
• The maximun date of rent to be subventioned will be 24 months.
• The subventions will be incompatible with others subventions, financial grants, incomes or resources given for the same purpose.
4. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO ASK FOR THE FINANCIAL GRANT/SUBVENTION.
• Photocopy DNI or passport of the petitioner.
• In the case of victims of domestic violence, order of protection of the victim or exceptionally, report of the Attorney General which indicates the existence of possibilities of violence.
• In the case of victims of terrorism, supporting documents of this situation.
• Supporting documents of the condition of the large family or single parent family.
• In case of people with disability with unless 40% of recognized degree of handicap, just as the existence of dificultéis of mobility according to the Anexo 3 del Real Decreto 1971/1999, 23rd December, of procedure to the recognition, declaration and qualification of the degree of disability
• In case of people older that 65 years old, “Tarjeta Andalucía-Junta Sesenta y cinco” issued in the name of the petitioner.
• The rental contract in which must figure the area useful of the property and, in its case, garage and storage room. The said rental contract must be intermediated by a Promotion rental agency, who must prove the fulfilment of the conditions of the house.
• Sworn statement of the petitioner in regards to the incomes of all the members of the family who are occupying the rented house.
• Denomination and address of the bank, and number of the account of the petitioner of the subvention.
• Supporting documents of the rent paid for the last three months.
• Sworn Statement of the petitioner in regards to the financial grants requested for the same purpose.
• Declaración responsable de no estar incurso el solicitante en los supuestos que impidan tener la condición de beneficiarios.
• Sworn statement of the petitioner not being included in the cases which impede to have the condition of beneficiaries.
• Supporting report of not having debts with the Tax Office or the Social Security Office
ALMERIA ESTATES S.L will be in charge of the obtention of all the demanded documentation, just as of the presentation of the application forms of the subventions according to the established form and according to the stipulated date
